"Our experience at Antioch Toyota was great"Our experience at Antioch Toyota was great and we would definitely buy our next car from them. I first interacted with Jason Wood from the internet sales team over email and he sent me a link to the Antioch Toyota website which listed all the car models available and their prices. For each car, the website provided a breakdown of how the price was calculated and additionally provided line item prices for any extra options and accessories. The website made comparing different vehicles and selecting one that was right for my needs very easy. I talked to Jason over the phone the next day and he was very polite and helpful. He confirmed that the Camry model that we were interested in was in stock and told me what the out-the-door price would be. I mentioned that me and my wife would be taking public transit up to Antioch to buy the car and he even offered to pick us up from the BART station. When we arrived at the dealership, Jason greeted us and took us for a test drive. He explained all the features of the car, the warranty, the service schedule etc. and completed all the paperwork very promptly. We were out of the dealership with our new car in around 2 hours. Overall, both me and my wife were really impressed with Jason. This was the first time we bought a car from a dealership and we were not sure what to expect but Jason made the whole experience very smooth and efficient. At the time of the purchase, I had wanted an alarm system installed in the car. The next day after the purchase, I changed my mind and told Pamela Graupe, the customer relations manager. Pam guided me through the steps I needed to perform in order to get a refund. She has been very easy to get in touch with all throughout this refund process and has kept me informed about next steps. I walked in fairly confident in my plan however I was open to taking a look around since my vehicle had just hit 80,000.After several vehicles it appeared as though nothing would be leaving with me when Anthony spotted a gently used Toyota Avalon that he had missed (the likes of which had only gone on the floor just that morning). After trying it I decided to go ahead and check into it.I got an EXTREMELY great rate on my trade-in for my Camry and the new vehicle was in an immaculate condition. I got a nearly new (18,000 miles) Toyota Avalon for just over half of the price for a brand new one and they were even able to get me within a finance plan that met exactly what I was will to pay with only $2,000 down. Still under full warranty, beautiful, stylish, and affordable!Overall I can say without a doubt the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I have had the pleasure of having thus far. If you are looking for a pretty chill non pushy dude and are open to getting a car I would highly recommend Antioch Toyota for friendly and efficient services.P.S. "The service here was excellent"For starters, I really underestimated this dealership. I walked in and was instantly greeted by David Meany. He was by far the most polite and respectful cars salesman I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with plenty. He was constantly making sure I was comfortable and didn't pressure me into buying a Car that god knows I couldn't afford. He wants to get you the best deal possible and he WILL make it happen. For me, it was especially hard because I'm a first time car buyer but David honestly worked his magic for me. I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about purchasing a vehicle. After getting my preference I was showed a very nicely colored RAV4 that I felt was the one for me. Since I looked online the night before, the internet sales rep was the one who had to complete the sales. We were given a straight up, no hassle and bottom line pricing. My husband who usually needs a day to think before committing agreed to the sale there and then. We came home with the car that evening, very pleased and satisfied.
