We had been searching for an SUV for my wife for about three months, and since she’s very particular, it wasn’t an easy process. Before finalizing anything, my wife decided to stop by Antioch Toyota just to get a second opinion. Honestly, we didn’t expect to buy a car there—we thought our minds were already made up. That’s when she met Tanya, and everything changed. Tanya spent over an hour going through every detail of the Grand Highlander with my wife. She educated her on features we didn’t even know existed, including a model that gets 35 MPG—far better than the 22 MPG option we had been considering. She also helped her discover features like the panoramic sunroof that really made a difference. What stood out the most was that Tanya genuinely cared about making sure my wife got the car she truly wanted—not just what was available. She encouraged her not to settle, which meant a lot to us. I just bought my 2026 Rav and my experience with Antioch Toyota could not have been more pleasant. Jim, Giancarlo, and Giovani in finance are all really wonderful and knowledgeable. Jim took his time with me and explained all the different options and I really felt like he had my back. Giancarlo showed me many of the details of the car and I felt well taken care of. And Giovani in finance had me smiling no matter how many times I had to sign my name. I wish I lived closer for all the service visits. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I could not recommend Antioch Toyota higher. A+!

I went in for an oil change and asked them to check out a noise I had been hearing most recently. I was able to have someone drive my vehicle, and shortly after, they diagnosed the issue and created a plan to fix it. Brian, who helped me, was extremely communicative and helpful, explaining every step while they had my vehicle for a few days. My husband and I were extremely impressed with our overall experience. They truly have a well-oiled machine running there. Thank you, Brian, for all your help and kindness.

My parents bought me a Scion tC way back in 2007 from here using the online option. They LOVED the experience (highly recommend it if you know exactly what you want), so we decided to go back again when my car got totaled and I needed something new. I had an idea but wasn't sure if I wanted a hybrid or not, so I wanted to chat with someone in person about it. Herschel Rodriguez provided the best car buying experience I've ever had! Being a woman with limited knowledge about financing and credit, it can be an unpleasant experience (to say the least) to try and buy a car at a dealership. I had been pushing it off for WEEKS. Herschel was so chill and he took the time to get to know me so he could best help me. I was able to get a brand new Toyota RAV 4 at a price I could manage. I am sooooo happy about my decision!

We bought a used vehicle from them. Super helpful and willing to work with where we wanted to be. Ahmad was our salesman and did an excellent job! The vehicle had a faulty battery so they offered to replace it, which we really appreciated and also provided a loaner while we waited. The only reason we’re giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because we had to ask three times for the vehicle to be cleaned and they still couldn’t get it right. Unfortunately I’ll have to give a proper detail myself.

Some screws fell off from the bottom of my Toyota. 7/26/25 Saturday I went to Antioch Toyota. Ms.Shayla saw me first. She lay down to check the bottom of my car and talked to Mr. Ray Aranki the Service Advisor .They both helped me very much. In 15 minutes my car was repaired. Mr.Ray Aranki didn't charged me! I mistakenly thought the Toyota dealer would be expensive! Antioch Toyota was very friendly,helpful and generous 😇!

Just purchased a used Toyota with them, they've been very helpful and keeping their word on particular services I requested, they've also showed me nothing but professionalism. Thats why ill be returning for all my service needs in the future.

In the great search for the right Landcruiser Laura at Antioch was a standout. She was so helpful and even when we realized she didn’t have the vehicle we wanted she still bent over backwards to help me find the vehicle. Anyway, super bummed we couldn’t support her but I’ll remember this kindness and will get her back:)

Not the same experience when I bought the truck locally.

We just bought a car here for my daughter, it's actually my first time experiencing closing the deal for less than an hour. Thumbs up 👍👍👍to Sale associates Edmar who helped us a lot, very friendly, very professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend Antioch Toyota dealer.

I had a really nice experience with them. My car had a recall, and I went there without any appointments. They accepted my car, fixed the recall, and in the afternoon of the same day, I had my car back.

Staff is always nice and helpful. Smooth sailing for me since I started going there about a year or two ago.

I had a wonderful experience while getting BZ4 for Lease. This location also works with state and county rebates and EV initiatives. At one point my lease funding gets a hold for 2 weeks but Jim Benham not only works with me but hold the car for 2 weeks and make sure I will get it. Once my funding was made, Jim calls me and said, visit dealership and GH will help you out. Once I visited the dealership, Giancarlo Horna helps us out and we are out in one hour after paperwork. It was very smooth transition. I will definitely buy my next car from this dealership.

Like the other Toyota Dealerships, the staff are professional and courteous, the facility is nice, and the service is prompt.

Overall, I had a very good experience at Antioch Toyota. I called Jim to reserve a 2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid XSE , and I wasn't required to put a deposit like other dealerships. When I got to the dealership Jim already had my paperwork printed out, overall I spent about 2 hours at Antioch Toyota which included signing out Auto documents, looking at the car, and test driving the car; it wasn't long at all! Jim and Laura were my Auto Sale Representatives, they did a great job at communicating and helping me purchase my first Toyota; I highly recommend them if your in the market for a Toyota.

When I arrived to pick up my car, he was not present to compare as found vs as left. My car was NOT washed, either. For the prices they charge, I would expect better service.

Idk what happened but I got a free oil change and the service was 100% better than when I was under warranty! Want to say thanks for the coupon also as it came on my b'day and I needed it! Perfect!
