" Keep up the good work"

It all started when my Toyota Tacoma truck showed a brake warning light on the dash board. I called Jeremy Bailey and asked for an appointment. Without any hesitation, he asked me to come in the following morning. His repairmen did a thorough job and found out that my truck has other parts that needed replacement. This was not the first time I took this truck to Antioch Toyota for servicing, so as soon as I mentioned my name to Jeremy, he remembered me and asked about the Toyota Tacoma. While I was in his office, I asked if he could check my daughter's Toyota Camry. The headlight seems dim and may need a replacement. Additionally, the left turn warning light was not working and the housing on one side was broken. Without an appointment, Jeremy took me in and had his crew clean the headlight lens. The headlight was still good. When his crew was fixing the left turn signal housing, they accidentally broke the cover. Jeremy was so apologetic and he replaced the part and did not charge me for it. I know that this message was long overdue but I felt a sense of gratitude for all the services that we have been getting from Antioch Toyota through the great services of people like Jeremy. Keep up the good work, Buddy!

"Thanks for putting up with my indecisiveness"

My situation is unique: key points being to deal with the salesman Brashier and stay in contact with Pamela for any questions. Came in and bought a 2008 Toyota Sequoia. I fell in love, and didn't end up looking at any other car. Took it home and was happy. The 2nd day I get into an argument with the family over finances and I end up taking the car back. I originally handled everything with Tatiana (retired the same week). I was able to return it via trade in so i did lose a couple thousand but that was my mistake. Now Thanks to Brashier and Tatiana , I have a brand new AWD RAV4 which I love. Also a thank you to Nick which i believe was a manager, who helped with my unique situation. This was 3 months ago. What would have been a bad review turned into a good new car buying experience. Brashier was kind and gave me free all weather floor mats free. He really worked hard to give me the car I wanted. I'M happy with the rate Tatiana was able to get me through Toyota financial. After she left David took over and handled all the paperwork . I was also given free insurance for the month on both vehicles by the finance department.Thanks for putting up with my indecisiveness. Pamela you turned a 3 star review into a 5

This is my second experience purchasing a new car from this dealership. My first purchase was a 2008 Prius Touring in 2008 which I traded in on a 2017 Prius Four Touring a few days ago. The Salesperson on the latest purchase was David Meany, who is as knowledgeable as anyone I have met especially when it comes to the Prius. Starting with the first test ride through the signing of the contracts and delivery of the automobile was handled smoothly to my complete satisfaction. David spent almost the entire day with me making sure the car was detailed to my satisfaction and all my property was transferred from the "trade-in" to the new car and went over the handbook (quick guide) to answer all my questions since switching from a 2008 Prius to a 2017 is a complete new learning experience. In addition I had some interaction with Don Brown, general manager, also a good experience since he wanted to be sure I was well taken care of. my next to last interaction was with the finance person who handled the usual amount of paperwork in connection with the purchase of a new car expeditiously to my full satisfaction. Overall a day well spent.

Wow! We just had the most painless and pleasant car leasing experience at Antioch Toyota! We love our beautiful Rav4! After going to 2 other Toyota dealerships and getting the typical high pressure confusing sales, we were so relieved to finally find this dealership. Particularly Guancarlo (our salesman) who worked hard to get us the best deal and in and out in under two hours! We will not go anywhere else but here for a Toyota and will make the over two hour drive. If you are looking for a no funny business, low pressure, straight forward car buying experience, ask for Guancarlo. The finance manager was also great! We left on cloud nine driving in our new car.
