What I liked most about my experience was they made us feel so comfortable we brought our 4 little kids ages 7,5,3, and 7 months and the experience for them was great as well. Marc is the person who helped us. He literally answered every single question we had. We were able to get the car we wanted 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE!! We are so pleased with not only the fact Marc has great customer service skills but was also a very kind. Thank you Marc/Antioch Toyota for our beautiful family car

I had my tires replaced as well as car serviced recently and I have to admit Eddie H., service advisor, was very detailed with explaining what the cost would be and had excellent customer service. Eddie was confident in explaining car jargon I didn't understand and he should definitely be commended (praised) on a job well done. Eddie you da man dog!!

I would give 10 stars, if yelp would let me, to Fisel & Jim of the internet sales department on the purchase of a 2018 4runner. I requested an internet quote, which came back quickly, that was much lower than other dealers I had talked to. The car was not in stock that had all the items on my "wish list", but Fisel and Jim discussed other alternatives, and in a few days Fisel found a car that fit my needs. The closing process was painless, and I got a decent price on the trade in. Overall I saved over $2,000 than quotes from other dealers. I highly recommend this dealership for a new car purchase.

"I was treated fairly and with respect"

I got my 2012 Toyota Prius serviced here. Chris (I believe his last name is sagon) was my service rep. He was very kind, patient, and honest. I've been to a lot of service centers, where I feel like I'm being bullied or swindled into getting services I don't need (*cough cough* *winter chevorlet* *cough cough). I didn't feel that way with Chris. He explained everything to me in layman's terms and I really felt like I was treated fairly and with respect. In addition to having a good experience with this, the office manager, Lisa, went above and beyond to help me. Their credit card machines went down and they couldn't process my payment. Apparently there was a statewide issue with Wells Fargo, and it wasn't Toyotas fault that they couldn't process credit cards. As customers were freaking out and yelling at the cashier's (some were even violent), Lisa offered to take me to chase down the street because she knew I needed to get on the road to LA and couldn't wait much longer. I was so shocked and appreciative, because I knew she didn't have to do that for me. All in all, a really great experience. Lisa is an awesome manager and she was able to problem solve quickly. Chris was just all around genuine and sweet. The young women who were at the payment desk (forgot to ask their names) we're also just really sweet and nice and honestly felt bad about the credit card machines, even though it was completely out of their control. I was impressed, left happy (even though a little later than I wanted) and made it to LA happy with a happy car!
