This is the 3rd car we have bought from Jim and there is a reason. Genuine, honest, friendly and efficient. We called Jim and he emailed back the specs of cars he had available. We selected one and by the time we got to the dealership, he had everything ready. His sister Anne got all the paperwork for us. We were out in an hour. Best thing is that Jim not only helped us get the car at MSRP, he even included 2K worth of dealer upgrades for free! Even when discussing the different car options, Jim would not try to sell you things but genuinely help pick the one that would work best for you. I would highly highly recommend going here and getting car from Jim. It is more than an hour drive but so worth it. (For comparison, scammers like Toyota Milpitas charge $20,000 markup on top of MSRP of say $44000 for Rav4). Go to Toyota Antioch and ask for Jim! You wont even have to ask him for anything, he does the best himself. Awesome experience and highly recommended!

First I have to say the people here are nice and their customer service is great. But that alone does not makes a great business. Here are my issues: 1. Their cost is just too high plus they started adding 3% charge to CC payments. Makes it even more expensive. Their labor and parts cost are too much. 2. I have always asked them to use Best Toyota OEM parts. Imagine my disappointment when I found out the parts they installed was a budget version of OEM. example 04465-AZ314 vs 04465-42180. I was fine with the budget version if they hadn't charged me the price that was almost equal to Premium OEM. I have started comparing price with Tracy Toyota. 3. I expect technicians, in Toyota dealership, to perform the best service on my car and not take shortcuts. Once in awhile, I have had to go back, after service, to re-fill fluids that were not properly filled. I don't live far so that was not an issue. But what caught me by surprise was stuck caliper slider pin which should have been serviced when changing brake pads. 4. I expect Toyota dealership to go through the checklist of every service they need to perform at each service mile. Imagine my disappointment when they failed to do that and also failed to tell me what services were needed. They told me some but not all. Example they changed the engine filter but not the cabin filter. I found out about it after going through Toyota handbook. Found couple of other things that also needed to be done. I replaced my own cabin filter which was super dark and definitely overdue. One positive out come from this experience is that I have learned a lot about my car and next time round when service time comes I am more informed about things. Would I go here again? Maybe... It is close and convenient but for the next service I will look somewhere else and see if there are better alternatives.

Big O antioch had my car 5 hours and couldn't get the service done. Toyota did it on a Friday with 2 hours to close. Good customer service.
Been here several times for regular vehicle service. Had an outstanding experience with Bryan Esqueda. He kept me updated on status of oil change & tire rotation. Also answered several questions I had. I highly recommend stopping here if in the area. Very nice lobby while you are waiting for your vehicle too.
We had been searching for an SUV for my wife for about three months, and since sheās very particular, it wasnāt an easy process. We initially thought we had made our decision with Dublin Toyota, but the experience there became confusing with inconsistent information. Before finalizing anything, my wife decided to stop by Antioch Toyota just to get a second opinion. Honestly, we didnāt expect to buy a car thereāwe thought our minds were already made up. Thatās when she met Tanya, and everything changed. Tanya spent over an hour going through every detail of the Grand Highlander with my wife. She educated her on features we didnāt even know existed, including a model that gets 35 MPGāfar better than the 22 MPG option we had been considering. She also helped her discover features like the panoramic sunroof that really made a difference. What stood out the most was that Tanya genuinely cared about making sure my wife got the car she truly wantedānot just what was available. She encouraged her not to settle, which meant a lot to us. We waited about a week and a half for the right vehicle to come in. Tanya even arranged for a backup option just in case. But as soon as we test drove the Grand Highlander, my wife fell in love instantly. The features, comfort, and fuel efficiency exceeded our expectations. The buying process was smooth, and at no point did we feel pressured. Tanya made it clear that her priority was my wifeās happiness, and that meant everything to me. As a business owner, I know how rare it is to find someone that dedicated and professionalāshe is truly an asset. I just bought my 2026 Rav and my experience with Antioch Toyota could not have been more pleasant. Jim, Giancarlo, and Giovani in finance are all really wonderful and knowledgeable. Jim took his time with me and explained all the different options and I really felt like he had my back. Giancarlo showed me many of the details of the car and I felt well taken care of.
